This 8 week program will give you the clarity, confidence and support you need to figure out where you want to make changes and then transform your life.
The Joyful Journey is completely personalised for you so no two clients have exactly the same experience. Whatever we discuss in our 1:1 sessions will be supported by exercises tailored to you, recommended reading and meditations to build on your experience.
The difference that you can make in this short time is sensational and will honestly amaze you. It’s up to you if you take your sessions weekly, fortnightly or a mixture of both.
What you get from The Joyful Journey
A pre-program workbook and a host of other materials to start you thinking about what we’ll work on in our initial session and beyond. These will really get you thinking!
A 90 minute 1:1 Zoom (an online meeting room we'll use for calls) session to kick things off where we deep dive into where you want to be (if you know), where you are now and what’s brought you to this point. From the very first session we’ll be setting goals and you will be moving forwards.
A further seven 60 minute 1:1 Zoom sessions which you can take weekly, fortnightly or a mix of both.
Email notes after each session so you have a record of what we’ve discussed.
Entry to The Joyful Journey Facebook group which is full of supportive souls and private so you can share exactly what you’re experiencing.
Tailored follow up activities and exercises which are absolute dynamite. I follow your lead and give you as much as you’d like to work through between your sessions.
Up to 2 additional support emails in between sessions to discuss what you’re working on.
